PASES "Are U Out Tonight" Currently Listenting to Series

Check out amazing new band Passes as they take on making incredibly crafted music with deep powerful music and production elements to leave us waiting for more new music as they create in their studio true musical art, a gift to our ears and definately a band we will be watching for decades to come!

R U OUT TONIGHT combines the professional and modern production sound that audiences love, with wholly unique elements which give that sense of excitement people crave, all while delivering a message which is as powerful as it is current.

This is the second single from PASES. After a well received debut track, this is the hotly anticipated follow-up. It’s an intense alt-pop/rock track with a whole lot of attitude and power.

The sound is sculpted by the 2 members of PASES (both music production Masters degree students) to deliver an amazing amount of punch and clarity. This powerful sound works to support the meaningful lyrics which discuss the duality of how women are told to act fearless in this world, while also knowing the reality that it is often a dangerous place, and the very real risks involved with simple actions such as walking down the street.

Who are the band members and what do they play?

Charlotte Tattam: Vocals, multi-instrumentalist, producer Louis Forsyth: Vocals, multi-instrumentalist, producer

How and where did you get together?

Charlotte and Louis met at university on a music production and songwriting degree. They started making music together in their final year of this course, and then PASES released their first track in 2022, while both members were studying for their Masters degrees in music production.

What are the band's main influences? PASES takes influence from a wide range of artists including Imagine Dragons, PVRIS, Billie Eilish, Grandson and Twenty One Pilots.

Have you played any notable gigs, festivals or other events? Likewise radio or TV appearances?

While PASES is yet to make any live appearances, the two members of PASES have a long list of previous appearances ranging from playing at music festivals alongside Deborah Bonham, to having music played on BBC Introducing, to even appearing on music podcasts such as the Scratched Record podcast.
